1) Who we are

Company: NOCODEYET SRL (“Company,” “we,” “us”)

These Terms apply to any ForDementiaAI and Dokia brands, including the mobile apps and the websites fordementia.ai and dokia.ai (collectively, the “Services”).

2) Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 16+ years old to create a caregiver account. Minors may access only through a parent/legal guardian or authorized clinician.
• You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential.
• Account types may include caregivers, clinicians, and care recipients/patients (with proxy/read-only access).

3) Health & AI disclaimers

• Do not rely solely on AI outputs for clinical decisions.
• No guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for medical purposes.
• Clinician-facing features are decision support only, not a substitute for professional judgment.

4) Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harmful, abusive, or discriminatory content or behavior.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or benchmarking without our written consent.
• No use in high-risk environments (life-support, emergency response) where failure could cause injury.

5) Pricing & payments

The Services are currently provided free of charge. No payments are processed.

6) Intellectual property & user content

• You retain ownership of content you upload and grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it to operate the Services.
• We own the Services and associated IP, including the trademarks “ForDementiaAI” and “Dokia”.
• Respect third‑party licenses and rights.

7) Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data (including special‑category health data where applicable).

8) Warranties & liability

• The Services are provided “as is” without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• We do not warrant uninterrupted or error‑free operation.
• Liability cap: Our total liability arising out of or related to the Services is limited to the greater of EUR 50 or the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim (currently €0 for free Services), except where prohibited by law.
• Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9) Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breaches, unlawful activity, or risks to the platform or users.
• You may stop using the Services at any time; account closure may restrict access to content.

10) Governing law & disputes

• These Terms are governed by the Laws of Romania and applicable European Union law (including GDPR).
• Disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

11) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If changes materially affect your rights, we will provide notice (e.g., in‑app notice or email) and indicate the new effective date.
